Why do I need to transfer a prescription? How do I transfer my prescription?
Answer

If you have a prescription at another pharmacy, you will need to transfer it to Birdi for us to fill it and send it to you. To transfer a prescription, go to your "Medicine Cabinet," click on “transfer a prescription” and follow the steps.
